County Down

I haven’t written a lot of book reviews this month because I was on holiday in County Down and we saw some amazing wildlife like Little Egrets, Red Kites, Lapwings, Curlew Sandpipers and Buzzards. ย Here are a few photos from ย the holiday:

  1. Amazing photos Jed, they are lovely! I love the one of the frog, and the buzzard sitting on the pole. I also like the photo of the birds in Dundrum Bay. I love the way the photos are all green or blue, I like photos like that. Keep blogging!

  2. Beautiful photos – you were lucky to see those red kites and buzzards. I love wildlife too -especially birds – did you notice how many birds cropped up in The Phoenix Code? Egypt has amazing birdlife.

    1. Thanks Helen!
A few days ago I woke up to see nine buzzards flying together which was unbelievable!
Northern Ireland does have some amazing wildlife, although I imagine it’s not just as exotic as some Egyptian birds! ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Oh, Jed I love the first photo of the landscape! It is beautiful! Reminds me of the fun we had and the nice views, I love that colour of green! The one before the last is really lovely, again you have caught that nice green. I like the whole photo!

  4. Hey Jed!
These are fantastic photos that you’ve taken! I really like the picture of the grasshopper and the frog. I also love the first picture of the landscape, it’s amazing!
