  1. Hi Jed,

I’ve heard all about your website from your Uncle Ian! It’s amazing and a great idea.

I am reading a David Walliams book ,Mr Stink.

Can you recommend any good books for me to purchase for my kindle?

    1. Hi Gemma,

I used to think I only preferred a “real book” in my hands and probably still do, but the kindle is brilliant too and very handy for holidays! Especially for someone like me who takes about 4 or 5 books with her.
Great too for those minimalist people who like to throw everything away once read and finished with! ๐Ÿ™‚

    2. Hi Jed,

I like to read a real book that I could hold, but I also like to read on a kindle because its handy.I have read quite a few over the summer, how many have you read?

      1. Thanks for commenting Jemma!
I think I’ve read about 25 books this summer.
My favourite one was Helen Moss’s Phoenix Code which I am hopefully reviewing soon!
Have you seen my latest post?

  2. Hello, Jemma! Thanks for commenting and hope you like my site. I’m not sure if these books are available on a Kindle, because I prefer having a real book in my hands, but if they are you might like to try them. Here’s some I like: The Adventurous Four, The Adventurous Four Again, The Children of Willow Farm and The Children of Cherry Tree Farm, all by Enid Blyton. Also Helen Moss’s Adventure Island series is very good.

  3. Hi Jed!!!!

This is wonderful!!! I hope it encourages others to start reading these classics, if they don’t already.
Whilst I don’t remember reading these as a child, (I’m sure I read some, ) your reviews nearly make me want to read them now! ๐Ÿ™‚

Have you ever read The Twits by Roald Dahl ? That was one of Armen’s favorites. Though he loved Enid Blyton too.

    Keep up the good work!!!!

  4. Hello Ruth! I’m glad that my reviews make you want to read the books! Thank you for commenting as well. I actually haven’t read The Twits but I have read other books by Roald Dahl. That’s another one for the list of ones to check out!
